This thing does a perfect job chamfering the outside of the pipe. If you do a lot of PVC work, it saves time and gives professional results before cementing.
I almost bought the cheaper version, but I’m glad I didn’t. This one cuts a clean bevel and doesn’t slip when rotating. It’s clearly superior in quality.
The cutting blade is extremely sharp and thick. It handled tough edges on 3” pipes like nothing. It also grips the pipe well, so you don’t have to fight it during use.
