Q: How to use this tool?
A:
- Remove the carrier from the axle assembly by unscrewing the bolts. Take note that there are shims in this section, so be careful not to damage them.
- On both sides, take out the old inner seals. The tubes should then be cleaned of any dirt.
- Put the new seal on the puck. Then place the seal and the tool in the differential and tighten the nut until the seal is in place.
- Install the seal on the other side by repeating the previous steps.
